The Vision

Our vision is to make the world fall in love with India’s living traditions—by transforming ancient art and handicrafts into globally trusted, sustainable icons of culture and design.

Doing this by making them easy to source, globally compliant, and deeply inspiring, so that every partnership keeps culture alive while delivering with trust and simplicity.

About us

Ananta was built on the belief that India’s traditional art and handicrafts deserve not just preservation, but a thriving global stage. We create pathways that connect artisans, buyers, and markets—so that every piece tells a story and sustains a livelihood.

Our Foundation

Rooted in business experience, market knowledge, and social impact, our team of five brings the skills needed to scale. From co-founding and growing the ERRA spice brand under Ekonkar Marketplace LLP, we’ve mastered supply chain management, quality control, and international trade. These lessons directly strengthen Ananta’s ability to build a global handicrafts business.

A Socially Grounded Approach

Alongside commerce, we have spent over a decade working with NGOs to improve livelihoods and sustainability. Founder Aditya Kumar and the team have connected grassroots producers to modern markets—ensuring fair income, dignity, and long-term viability. This blend of entrepreneurial skill and social vision makes Ananta both commercially strong and socially meaningful.

The Power of Storytelling

What truly sets us apart is our ability to build trust and inspire confidence. With experience in communications, fundraising, and brand building, we know how to craft stories that resonate with global buyers and partners. Every Ananta product carries not only a legacy of craftsmanship but also the credibility of a brand built to last.

What sets Ananta apart is our ability to connect three worlds seamlessly:

  • Traditional artisanship – conserving India’s vanishing skills in art and craft.

  • Modern trade and export systems – driven by prior entrepreneurial and supply chain experience.

  • Global branding and storytelling – backed by expertise in communications and donor engagement.
